Cash Pay

Dr. Olsen is also accepting new patients without Naturopathic insurance coverage. Via cash pay, Dr. Olsen is able to offer a comprehensive plan that creates true long term health, and ultimately Wellness Independence.

Dr. Olsen begins the doctor-patient relationship first with a new patient visit. At the new patient visit, together you and the doctor will determine the appropriate next steps including how frequently follow up visits will be needed. From there, Dr. Olsen will develop a comprehensive program to meet your specific needs and budget.

Alternatively, fee for service visits are also available at the following rates:

* Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA), can be used as well.

** If you are a student or low-income, you can arrange for a sliding fee scale with Dr. Olsen directly.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your scheduled appointment at any time before 48 hours. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, you will be charged up to the Time of Service rate for your appointment, or it will count as one of your allocated visits in your program.

Exceptions are always made for unpredictable circumstances such as inclement weather, power outages, emergencies, etc. Please contact Dr. Olsen directly if needed.

If Dr. Olsen needs to cancel an appointment due to illness, inclement weather, or an emergency, you will notified as soon as possible, and be rescheduled in a timely manner.
